By sending this participation form I am confirming that my dog is in good health,vaccinated and wormed.

And I do know that all the exercises I am doing with my dog are at my own risk.
I state that damages caused by my dog to person or possessions that belong to third partieswill be compensated fully. The same applies to damages to persons and possessions that belong to third parties which are caused by me.

Participation is at own risk.Bitches in season, dogs under 18 months old and visibly sick dogs are not allowed to take part.

If not enough entries are made the organizer reserves the right to cancel the event up to three days before it is due to take place, even if the competitors have received conformation.
No compensation will be made.

I accept the official rules.I agree that photos and films that are made may be used by -Familienhundausbildung- for their own purposes.

Should the competition be canceled through acts of God, illness off the organizer, or other not in the foreseeable future occurrences, no claims can be made against the Organizer. The Organizer will however strive to put on the event on a different date.

The entry obligates the payment of 18 Euros even if I'm not there at the day of the event. A cancellation may be made up to 7 days before the event is due to take place. I will make payment at the time of application via bank.
